We machine 30+ materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and engineering plastics. Anodizing, sandblasting, plating, powder coating, passivation and black oxide are handled through a qualified partner network, managed and inspected by Xinwinf before parts ship.
Every order passes DFM review, first article inspection, in-process and final inspection before packing — with tolerances held per drawing. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — certificate available here.

Machines and Inspection Equipment We Run
The equipment behind every quote — Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type machines, bar-fed lathes, CNC lathes and machining centers, with in-house inspection on a 2.5D vision instrument and CMM, plus salt-spray testing and laser marking for part traceability.

Small-diameter, long and slender parts with tight concentricity on Japanese Tsugami Swiss-type automatic lathes.

Xinwinf in Numbers
Our Story So Far
Founded in Shenzhen
Xinwinf started as a small job shop in Shajing, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, in China’s electronics manufacturing capital, machining custom precision parts for local hardware and electronics manufacturers.
First Swiss-type lathe
As connector and sensor work demanded tighter tolerances on smaller, more complex parts, we added our first Tsugami Swiss-type lathe — the beginning of today’s Swiss-type turning cell for miniature, high-precision components.
Milling capacity and finishing network
We expanded into CNC machining centers for larger housings, brackets and structural parts, and built a managed partner network for surface finishing — with incoming and final inspection kept in-house.
Inspection becomes a process
Quality control was formalized: documented first article inspection (FAI) for every new part, material verification on incoming stock, and 100% final inspection before shipping — so customers receive reports they can check against their drawings.
